May we kindly ask you to drop the attached gcode file labeled "Reset EEPROM" onto your printer SD card.

Then insert into your printer and click print.

This does not print any item, but instead it resets your machine back to factory default settings which often help alleviate certain issues.

Once this is done, please notify us as to whether the issue is resolved, if not, we will then work swiftly in trying other troubleshooting techniques to help solve the issues at hand.
