Please follow the steps below to return your product:
1. Confirm and fill out Repair / Return Form
- If you would like to proceed with the Repair/Return, please download the attached Repair/Return form and fill out the first two sections, with your signature and date at the bottom (there is no need to fill out the section marked 'for office use only'). Scan this in for us to proceed with the pickup.
2. Prepare the return parcel
- Pack the product in its original packaging (if you still have it), and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit.
- If we have requested that you only return part of the product, please do so.
- If you are returning a product unused within 7 days, you must have the original product packaging – which must be intact and undamaged.
- Very Important: Please include your full name, and support ticket number on the outside of the parcel so that we can easily identify your return. Remember to include the completed Returns/Repair form with your parcel too.
3. Courier collection
- Once you have replied to this email confirming your return/repair, our logistics department will contact you via email or phone to arrange the collection.
- If you are sending the product back using your own courier, please do so using the following address:

4. Return / Repair / Replace
- Once your returned product has been validated and assessed by our technicians , you will be notified with our findings, quotation (if applicable) or any other relevant information.
**Note that the time to assess and carry out repairs and/or returns, depend on many factors, sometimes out of our hands and subject to part availability. We therefore cannot guarantee any timelines.
